This license grants

  • Custom marketing graphics on request through support
  • Lyrixsa AI commercial licensing for customers who purchase through the holder, for the songs they create

This license does not grant

  • Ownership of Lyrixsa AI, its software, source code, trademarks, branding or intellectual property
  • White-label, rebranding, source-code access or the right to modify the software
  • Authority to set or change Lyrixsa AI pricing
  • Unlimited sublicensing, transfer or assignment of the software
  • Exclusivity, exclusive territory, or a permanently fixed commission rate
  • Lyrixsa Unlimited or the Lyrixsa AI Bundle, which are separate products on their own terms
  • Any guarantee of sales, customers, commissions, earnings or results

How To Use This License — In Order.

Six steps. Do them in this sequence; step two gates everything after it.

Save your certificate

Download or print this certificate and keep it with your purchase receipt. It carries your reseller license number, which is what support will ask for on any reseller question — commissions, materials or approvals.

Submit your reseller application

This is the step that unlocks the rest. Purchase gives you the license; approval is what activates you as a reseller. Send your application to support with your reseller license number, and tell us how you intend to promote — email list, social, paid ads, YouTube, or client work.

We review each one. It isn't a formality, and it isn't automatic: approving everyone would put our brand in front of audiences with promotions we'd have to disown later.

Get set up on JVZoo

Once you're approved we set you up on JVZoo so your sales are tracked and your commissions are credited. You'll need a JVZoo account — if you don't have one, create it before you apply and include the ID with your application to save a round trip.

Your tracking link comes out of this step. Test it end-to-end before you mail anyone — an untracked promotion is an unpaid one.

Collect your materials

Your authorization includes right of use to the assets we sell with. Request the current set from support:

  • Sales pages
  • Email copy and swipe sequences
  • Marketing graphics and banners
  • Product screenshots and sample songs

Need something the pack doesn't cover — a size, a format, an angle? Ask support for custom graphics. Give us the placement and the message and we'll produce it.

Promote

Send traffic through your tracking link. You can use our pages as they are, run paid ads to them, or write your own promotion around the material — as long as what you say stays inside the claim rules in the next section.

The advantage you have over most people promoting software is that you use this product. Lead with what you've actually made with it.

We handle the sale — you're credited 70%

The customer buys through our checkout. We process the payment, deliver the account, and take on the support and refunds. Your customers also receive our commercial license for the songs they create, so what you sold them is genuinely usable work.

Your 70% commission on each qualifying sale is credited to you through the platform, on the applicable reseller and platform terms — the same 70% across the whole funnel, front end and upsells alike. The remaining share covers AI generation costs, hosting, payment processing, delivery, support and ongoing engineering.

You are cleared to

  • Promote and resell Lyrixsa AI as Lyrixsa AI
  • Use our sales pages, copy, swipes and graphics
  • Run paid advertising to those materials
  • Request custom graphics through support
  • Show your own songs, screens and results honestly
  • State the verified product facts — the 14-day guarantee, the licensing, the publishing flow

You must not

  • Claim you own Lyrixsa, built it, or are the vendor
  • Rebrand, white-label, modify or repackage the software
  • Advertise Lyrixsa at a price you invented, or offer it outside our checkout
  • Promote or sell Lyrixsa Unlimited or the Lyrixsa AI Bundle — neither is offered under this license
  • Make any income claim — no promised earnings, streams, listeners, placements or royalties, for customers or for other resellers
  • Say buyers "own the copyright" or are "guaranteed on Spotify"
  • Fabricate testimonials, screenshots, earnings or sales numbers
  • Invent scarcity — fake deadlines, countdowns or license counts
  • Bid on or register domains and handles that impersonate Lyrixsa or Geecore Limited
  • Send spam, or promote in a way that breaches a platform's own rules
  • Resell copyrighted music you don't hold the rights to

Two things worth saying plainly

The claim rules protect you, not just us. If a promotion promises income and a buyer complains, you are the one who made the promise — the complaint lands in front of you. Every rule above exists because a Lyrixsa document contradicts the claim being prohibited.

Nothing here promises you sales. A 70% commission rate on no sales is $0. What this license removes is the product problem: it's built, hosted, supported and maintained, and your customers get real commercial licensing. What it does not remove is the work of putting it in front of people who want it.
